(1) /2018 - 5 dated 05/12/2018 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in to service with all attendant benefits.(in WP No.1254 of 2020) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ILLAMVALUDHI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and considering the letter date D.No.270/2021, Dated 20.07.2021 by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Special Judge (FAC), Special court for P.C Act cases, Villupuram, this court made the following order:- Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for extension of time".

In accordance with the request made by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram vide letter dated 20.07.2021 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court passed in W.P.No.1254 of 2020 dated 10.02.2020, the period to dispose of Special Case No.5/2020 is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
