This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 27.06.2023 in Crl.MP.No.8860 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, monthly once, ie., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, appear before the trial Court, during the Court hearing dates.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
