O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed on him by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Crl.M.P.No. 1317 of 2016 in Crime No. 530 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, S.7, Madipakkam Police Station, Chennai, dated 11.03.2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders instead of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was ill and he is not able to comply with the condition imposed on him by the Lower Court and he has also produced the medical certificate before the lower Court. In the meantime, the petitioner was granted bail by the Court of Sessions, Chengalpattu by a common order dated 22.04.2016 on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. It is further submitted that the petitioner has filed modification of bail condition and the same was ordered to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 1317 of 2016.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner dated 11.03.2016 made in C.M.P.No. 1317 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
