ORDER

Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondent to fill up the post of Physical Education Teacher by complying the 4% reservation under PWD category as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

According to the Petitioner, he is fully qualified for the post of Physical Education Teacher and is 40% differentlyabled. Though the Petitioner made a request on 31.10.2020 to consider him under the PWD category by enclosing his Disability Certificate, till date, there is no response from the Respondents to conclude the selection process. 3.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the Respondent herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
