The petition in C.M.P.No.3115 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 429 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent herein namely K.Chinnapalanisamy in S.A.No.109 of 2021. The petition in C.M.P.No.3153 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant herein namely K.Chinnapalanisamy in the above S.A.No.109 of 2021. The petition in C.M.P.No.3154 of 2024 is filed to bring the respondents 1 to 3 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant K.Chinnapalanisamy as respondents no.2 to 4 in the above S.A.No.109 of 2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. Mr.Saravanan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents and he has no serious objections in allowing these petitions.
