For Appellant : Mr.K.Selvaraj (in both appeals) For Respondents : M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates (for R1) (in both appeals) : No appearance (for R2) C O M M O N J U D G M E N T The learned Counsel for the appellant in both the appeals is present and stated that the sole appellant in both the appeals are dead and further stated that he has already returned the case bundle to the party and there has been no instructions from them. Hence he also prays that the second appeal may be dismissed as abated.
