ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner to produce the detenues, namely, Yasmin, aged about 24 years, Veesha Parin aged about 6 years and Suheb Malick aged about 4 years, who are all her daughter and grand children respectively and said to be missing from 28.05.2015 onwards, before this Court and set them at liberty.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The alleged detenues, namely, Yasmin, aged about 24 years, Veesha Parin aged about 6 years and Suheb Malick aged about 4 years are present before this Court along with the petitioner.

When we enquired, the alleged detenue, Yasmin submits that her daughter was not feeling well. Hence, she asked her mother and husband to accompany them to a Dharka at Salem. However, they were not willing to take them to Salem Dharka. Hence, she on her own accord went to Salem along with her children. She further submits that only after knowing the pendency of the Habeas Corpus Petition, she along with her children were brought by the police and she is willing to go along with her mother.

Having recorded the said statement of the detenue Yasmin, the Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed. Sd/- Deputy Registrar(J) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar tsi To
