[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Giridharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Kumaraguru, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Central Government, who, on instructions would submit that the impugned e-Tender floated by Indian Ports Association, itself has been withdrawn, and he has filed a memo dated 05.11.2019, enclosing a copy of letter dated 15.10.2019, issued by the first respondent in this regard, and prays for dismissal of this writ petition as infructuous.

2. The said Memo along with its annexure is taken on file and record. In view of the submissions made by the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this Court is of the view that nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter and therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
