ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the 2nd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 19.10.2018, 23.11.2023, 01.02.2024, 25.06.2024 and 22.10.2025 by granting notional promotion in the post of Assistant Security Commissioner in Junior Scale w.e.f. 14.07.2014 and consequentially to grant notional promotion in the post of Divisional Security Commissioner w.e.f. 14.07.2018 (after 4 years residency period) and Senior Divisional Security Commissioner w.e.f. 14.07.2023 (after 5 years residency period) along with arrears of pay and other service benefits, etc. within a time limit fixed by this Court.
2. In view of the consent expressed by the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 19.10.2018, 23.11.2023, 01.02.2024, 25.06.2024 and 22.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the nd merits of the case, directs the 2 respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.10.2018, 23.11.2023, 01.02.2024, 25.06.2024 and 22.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
