JUDGMENT
(1)When the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. (2)This Court also noticed that there was no representation for the appellant even when the matter was earlier listed on 17.12.2024. Hence, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this appeal pending. Since the learned counsel for the appellant did not even appeared before this Court, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the second appeal for non prosecution.
(3)Accordingly, the Second Appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
