ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent's police to file a final report within the stipulated time may fix by this Hon'ble Court which was pending on the file of the second respondent police and transferred the same to the first respondent police for further investigation case in Crime No.101 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the second respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de-facto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
