DECREE: This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Thursday, the Sixth day of January Two Thousand and Twenty Two, Upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Natarajan, Advocate for the Appellants, and of Mr.K.C.Vasudevan, Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2 and steps having not been taken to serve the third respondent and having stood over for consideration till this day, this court doth order and decree as follows:-

1. That the Judgment and Decree dated 25.07.2006 passed in A.S.No.23 of 2004 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Pondicherry, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 21.4.2004 passed in O.S.No.41 of 2001 on the file of the Principal District Munsif at Karaikal be and hereby is confirmed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Second Appeal do stand dismissed.

2. That there be no order as to costs in this Second Appeal.
