Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to select list for the post of Overseer in MBC/Woman/Non-Priority category issued by the first respondent as communicated along with the letter in Na.Ka.No.7281/U.V.3/2010 dated 20.01.2011 and to quash the same in so far as the selection of 3rd respondent to the post of Overseer and consequently direct the respondent to select and appoint the petitioner to the post of Overseer. 1/4
