2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners and the 2nd respondent had entered into a compromise on 13.11.2014 and the dispute between them has been resolved. He further submitted that the parties have also made a representation to the 1st respondent about the settlement of the issues.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that both the cases have been closed as 'Futher Action Dropped' on the strength of compromise entered into between the parties. The 2nd respondent has also admitted the same.
