ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the first respondent from dispossessing the petitioner from his shop No.TF-100, Block No.F, Phase II, Koyambedu whole sale market (fruit market) Chennai - 600 092, without due process of law. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent on instruction submitted that the first respondent is taking steps to evict the petitioner and the petitioner was served with notice for eviction in accordance with law.

Considering the above submission, the first respondent is directed not to dispossess the petitioner from his shop No.TF-100, Block No.F, Phase II, Koyambedu whole sale market (fruit market) Chennai - 600 092, without due process of law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
