J U D G M E N T

On 28.06.2021, this Court has passed an order which is extracted below:

"There is no representation for the appellant. It is also seen that the notice has not been served on the respondents 2 &

3. The appellant shall take steps to serve notice to the respondents 2 & 3 privately returnable by 09.07.2021." Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 09.07.2021. However, when the matter was listed on 12.07.2021, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. The steps as directed by this Court dated 28.06.2021, had not been taken. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption "for dismissal".
