Today when the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Learned Counsel for the respondent is present.
2. A perusal of the records shows that the sole appellant died even in the year 2014 and till date no steps have been taken by the appellant's counsel to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.
3. In view of the same, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
