JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants had addressed a Registered letter to the appellants. A memo has been filed that the appellants 1, 2, 5 and 6 have died. The appellants 3, 4 and 7 have not responded to the letter.

2. In view of this fact that, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated as against the appellants 1, 2, 5 and 6 and dismissed for non-prosecution as against 3, 4 and 7. No costs.
