This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Mr.David Sundar Singh, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. He submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.
