2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondent Police is directed to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime No.69 of 2023 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
