The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of
the order of the first respondent made in G.O.(Ms).No.276, dated 13.12.2012, to quash the same and to issue consequential direction, directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Technical Assistant.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the apprehension that in view of G.O.(Ms). No.276, dated 13.12.2012, his services would be terminated, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. He would further submit that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner continued in service.
3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner continued in service.
He would further submit that the Tamilnadu Biodiversity Conservation and Greening Project itself was over on 31.03.2019. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.
4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
