O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to modify the condition in Clause No.3 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m. until further orders imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.9 of 2021 dated 18.01.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that earlier the trial Court granted bail to the petitioner with condition that he appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and the petitioner is complying with the said order. The learned counsel further submitted that since the petitioner apprehend life threat, he wants modification.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.9 of 2021 dated 18.01.2021.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.9 of 2021 dated 18.01.2021, is modified to the effect 2/4
that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
