(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenu Sarathy for a direction to the second respondent to produce the body and corpus of petitioner's minor son Sarathy aged about 17 years before this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his son Sarathy, aged about 17 years went missing on 17.04.2015, in connection with which a case in Crime No.124 of 2015 for boy missing has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been registered by the second respondent Police Station on 25.4.2015.

3. Mr.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel representing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that the detenu has been secured and restored to the parents.

4. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
