ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.289 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to any other investigation agency, more appropriately CBCID, Chennai. 2.The learned counsel for the Government (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint registered in Crime No.289 of 2015 as against the petitioner, the 3rd respondent police has dropped further action on 15.07.2017.

the Government (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
