ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to adjudicate upon the Memo filed by the petitioner in Criminal Appeal No.319 of 2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Court below has already passed an order on the Memo on 10.02.2021.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition, accordingly the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
