The petitioner has come up with this present writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue ration card to the petitioner based on the application bearing No.3783/2015 dated 15.06.2015 within a time frame. 2.According to the petitioner, he has applied for new ration card with all relevant and supportive documents through Application No.3783/2015 dated 15.06.2015 to the second respondent. Since the same has not been considered, he could not afford ration from the shop. Hence, this petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent concerned to consider the petitioner's application No.3783/2015 dated 15.06.2015 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
