Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to To Vacate the Order of Interim Stay that has been granted in WP No.32388/2016 by this Honourable Court by its order dated 16.09.2016. (in WMP.No.5394/18) in WP.No.32388/16. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.S.SENTHIL KUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.D.THIRUMOORTHY Advocate on behalf of the 2nd respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the conditional order passed by this Court on 16.09.2016 had not been complied with. The writ petitioner has not deposited the award amount as per the condition imposed in the interim order.

In view of the non-compliance of the order of this Court, no further extention of interim order is to be granted. Accordingly, the vacate stay petition filed in WMP.No.5394 of 2018 in W.P.No.32388 of 2016, stands allowed.
