J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that in spite of sending a letter dated 27.03.2024, he is not in a position to get any instruction from the appellants. Further, the learned counsel has submitted the letter dated 27.03.2024 along with the original postal receipts of the appellants.

In view of the same, no useful purpose would be served by sending notice to the appellants once again. Therefore, the submission made by the appellants' counsel that he do not have any instructions from the appellants, is taken on record.

In the result, this Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
