This petition has been filed against the petitioner in Crime No.210 of 2014 dated 23.08.2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.210 of 2014 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.582 of 2017 on 29.08.2017, before the learned Chief Magistrate Court, Pondicherry.
