The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to register the sale agreement executed on 09.11.2018 and presented for registration through on-line vide application No.S01LANDVV201811091170932 forthwith.
2. After notice, this writ petition is taken up for further hearing today.
3. The learned Government Advocate, based on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not appeared before the second respondent with relevant documents for registration. Therefore, he submitted that if the petitioner appears before the second respondent with relevant documents for registration, the same will be considered and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.
