ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the impugned election notification No.4 dated 13.01.2021 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, directing the second respondent to issue a fresh election notification in compliance with the general electoral norms to ensure free and fair election to the Executive Committee of the third respondent waqf, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
