2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, in this case, there are totally 30 witnesses to be examined and already examination of 15 witnesses has been completed and submitted that the petitioner is a foreigner and his presence is very much required for completion of trial.
3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
