This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the M.C.No.36 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Arakonam and transfer the same to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main M.C.No.36 of 2016 itself has already been disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
