The petitioner worked as Farm Worker (Sewage Farm) in the respondent Municipality. She retired from her service on 30.06.2016. However, the terminal benefits like PF, Gratuity, Pension, Leave encashment etc., were not disbursed. In this regard, she made a representation to the respondent on 19.02.2018 seeking terminal benefits which was not considered.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
