The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree dated 14.09.2005 in A.S.No.91 of 2004 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge's Court, Coimbatore, concurring with the judgment and decree dated 06.07.2004 in O.S.No.1427 of 2001 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif's Court, Coimbatore. This second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 14.09.2005 in AS.No.91 of 2004 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore confirming the judgment and degree dated 06.07.2004 in O.S.No.1427 of 2001 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

2. This second appeal was admitted and pending the second appeal, the matter was referred before mediation and conciliation centre for amicable settlement, and the parties of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second appeal settled their issues by way of settlement agreement dated 28.11.2019, and the relevant paragraph of which is extracted hereunder:

"7. By signing the Agreement, the parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to S.A.No.614 of 2006 and all disputes and difference in this regard have been amicably settled by the Parties hereto through the process of conciliation / Mediator."

3. The above said settlement agreement dated 28.11.2019 shall form part and parcel of this order. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
