ORDER
Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had expired and they are unable to get particulars of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.
2. Since no application has been filed seeking for substitution of the legal heirs, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. In case the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are later of the view that the cause of action survives, liberty is hereby granted to them to file a review application, within a period of 30 days from today. No costs.
