PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition in Para No.5(b) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 06.30 p.m., until further order" imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30640 of 2024 dated on 09.12.2024. ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.5(b) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders" imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30640 of 2024, dated on 09.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police, would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30640 of 2024 on 09.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Monday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
