ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order 11.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.21990 & 21992 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent/Contemnor submitted that, as against the order of this Court dated 11.09.2024, the respondent/contemnor preferred a Writ appeal and obtained an order of interim stay in C.M.P.No.3109 of 2025 in W.A.(Sr).No.19591 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/Contemnor. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
