We find from the particulars furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the convict was recently granted leave by this Court vide order passed in W.P.No.30509 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024 for the period between 30.10.2024 and 13.11.2024. Not even two months have lapsed since the last leave granted by this Court. Hence, we do not deem it appropriate to consider the prayer sought for in this writ petition. 2.The above writ petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs.
