O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court on 06.02.2018 in WP.No.9152 of 2017 has not been complied with.

2. It is represented by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9152 of 2017 dated 06.02.2018 has been complied with on 31.08.2018. He has produced a letter addressed by the Assistant Executive Engineer, O&M/TANGEDCO, Bagalur to the standing counsel indicating such compliance.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputing the above said fact.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
