Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notices/orders dt.10.01.2019 issued by the 1st respondent to the petitioners and quash the same.

2.The petitioners, being aggrieved by the orders dated 10.01.2019, have preferred the present writ petitions. The impugned orders are the notices issued under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. Against the said notices, there is a remedy of preferring appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In view of the fact that there is an efficacious alternate remedy, we are not inclined to entertain these writ petitions and the petitioners are relegated to the remedy of preferring appeals against the said notices.
The writ petitions are disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.3297 and 3303 of 2019 are closed.
