This petition has been filed by the petitioner to implead him as respondent No.11 in the writ petition.

Upon perusal of the affidavit in support of the said petition, it is evident that the proposed eleventh respondent is a necessary party to the writ petition.

Accordingly, the implead petition, W.M.P.No.2231 of 2021, is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary consequential amendments to the cause title.
