J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the suit filed in the representative capacity by the villagers regarding temple car procession situated in the village. She also reports that the villagers have settled the issue among themselves and peace prevails among themselves and there is no disturbance from them to carry out the car procession in the respective streets.
2. In the light of the above prevailing situation, learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second appeal reserving the right of the villagers regarding carrying out the temple car procession in the prescribed route. Since it is reported that peace prevails among the villagers regarding the route through which the temple car should pass, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without adverting to the merits of the appeal. No order as to costs.
