ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relax the 1/4
condition imposed in Crl. O.P. No.23809 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Crl. O.P. No.23809 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 on condition. The condition was complied by the petitioners without fail and hence prayed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioners have complied the condition without fail.
4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, nature of offences and the petitioners have also complied the condition without any violation, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in "toto".
5. Accordingly, the condition is relaxed in toto. 29.01.2025 2/4
