JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 17.03.2003 in A.S.No.187 of 2001 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Villupuram confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.07.2001 in O.S.No.176 of 1997 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Villupuram.

2. When the matter was listed on 28.01.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted on 03.02.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today(03.02.2020), no representation for the appellant.
