This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27865 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
