O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order passed by the respondent herein in C.M.P.1/2012 (Cr.P.C.145), dated 01.12.2014 and quash the same.

2.The petitioners had filed this quash petition challenging the proceedings and order of the Taluk Administrative Magistrate-cum- Revenue Tahsildhar, Kattumannarkoil Taluk Office, Kattumannarkoil in C.M.P.No.1/2012 dated 01.12.2014 under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that there is no disturbance of peace. 4.Mr.Antonyswamy, Liaison Officer, Cuddalore Collectorate present before this Court and submitted that as on date there is no dispute or breach of peace between two religious groups with regard to the Gopuram and further submitted that such order is no more in force.

5.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
