[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition to the effect that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition. 2.It is to be noted that after hearing the Petitioner for sometime, when this Court expressed its opinion about the Locus Standi of the Petitioner to file the present Writ Petition seeking necessary relief and also demerits, the Petitioner has made the aforesaid endorsement.
