COMMON PRAYER :- The Second Appeals are filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code as against the Judgment and decree dated 29.11.2008 made in A.S.Nos.106 and 107 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Erode District, Erode reversing the judgment and decree dated 21.08.2007 made in O.S.Nos.55 and 56 of 2006 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai.

For Appellants : No appearance For Respondent : Mr.V.Ragunathan COMMON JUDGMENT Today, when the appeals are taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. The learned counsel appearing for respondent alone appeared before this Court, through Video Conferencing.
