This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the amount of compensation fixed by the first respondent in its proceedings No.33474/1999 dated 09.01.2000 with an interest at 15% per annum together with an enhanced amount of compensation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that pending this writ petition, the petitioner has received the entire amount of compensation. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives further for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
